Once we receive the following information, we strive to provide you with our sketch (we interpret your ideas) and ‘regular’ (non-discounted) pricing, within 2 business days. This service is provided FREE of charge, and with no obligation.
In order for our designers to provide this sketch and pricing to your organization, we need:
- A visual representation of the costume – email, fax or mail either a free-hand sketch or use our Sketch Sheet to present your ideas to us. This can be accompanied with links to referring costumes online, or with attached photos to further show us what you are looking for. Any additional verbal explanations are helpful.
- The name of your group and all contact information (including address) for your organization.
- The style of your performance (such as Cheer, Jazz Dance, Show Choir etc.)
- The number of costumes needed.
- Will you need reorders in the future?
- Tentative delivery date?
- Tentative budget per costume?
Pricing for truly unique, custom dance/cheer team uniforms and show choir dresses can generally range from about $150-400 per full one-piece garment (or half for just a top or bottom). An average team uniform or group costume price for what you see pictured in our Photo Gallery would fit in this range with some higher. Generally, most of our custom group costumes probably run in the $200-300 range.
Our Satin Stitches costuming is true custom, not customized catalog styles. All CAD patternmaking development and sample making costs must be covered for each group order. This is why custom is higher than catalog, where these development and sample making costs are divided among thousands of garments manufactured, rather than divided by perhaps 15 garments. We also don't pull from a warehouse of fabrics and trims. We order fabrics and trims specifically per your design requests.
